Chapter Nine

Tristan woke up slowly. Sex and Conlin filled his lungs. Mmm. Nothing was better than a long day of making wild love to his mate. A look at the clock on the night table next to the bed showed it was 10:00 pm. They’d slept in a bit. The sex had been worth it.

His morning wood started aching as he remembered the feel of his mate’s body jerking beneath him as he came and came. The ripples that waved through the sexy man’s ass were so fucking hot. He longed to slide in Conlin’s ass right now. It would be easy since the guy was on his side with his butt brushing Tristan’s hard-on. With barely opened eyes and a lot of feeling around, the adorable man found the cereal and poured himself some breakfast.

He held back a laugh when Conlin blindly scooped up a bite and frowned when he realized the cereal didn’t have any milk in it. His lover stumbled to the fridge and got the milk and with only one eye open poured it in his bowl. As soon as the milk was poured and the jug was setting safely on the counter Conlin closed his eye and started moaning as he ate his favorite food.

Knowing not to mess with his mate until he was on his second bowl, Tristan made some coffee. Conlin would want a cup after he was finished with his cereal. Getting a glass of Morning Blend wine, he closed his eyes and savored the hint of cinnamon and syrup that lingered on his tongue after each sip.

Between bites of his third bowl of cereal, Conlin murmured, “I feel like…I was hit…by a…truck…and left for dead.”

“Was it worth it?” Tristan asked with a grin.

A slow smile transformed his mate’s face from grouchy to satisfied. “Yes.”

“I look forward to running you over thousands of times.” The thought of raunchy sex with his mate had his dick swelling and his beast prodding him to rush Conlin to their bed and bind him to the bedposts again.
